Black ball rules will be used. A total of 25 games, winner must win 13 games
Every team will be made up of 10 players among which 7 will play and 3 are substitutes.
Every player MUST contribute Tsh. 3, 000/= (Tsh. 30, 000/= per team). Dead line is Wednesday 11th December 2013.
Team captains should confirm their participation prior to dead line.
